Pronunciations not working

I installed this on version 3.5 . I am not able to hear or see US or UK pronunciation icons. Please fix this or send me the way to go back to3.5

Now new development I cannot even download this version it is asking to purchase again . This is ridiculous .

Can I expect any resolution .
